Given the undeniable importance of knowledge and education, it is imperative that we have a proper understanding of the nature of education and its basic principles. From time immemorial, it has been believed that a person's true identity is always clear. It has a social identity. You can take the example of a child to illustrate this point. A child does not initially have the individual identity or identity that we give it later. He does not become aware of it in the beginning. His consciousness and individuality are influenced by his social class and family. His consciousness is later defined gradually according to his specific attitudes and social framework as anthropologists. From this we know that in the early stages of evolution the individual was integrated into the tribe. Then his actions, instead of shedding light on his personal attributes, described the tribal consciousness. 

In society, every caste is influential for others, that is, it has an effect for others. What is affecting us will inevitably affect our neighbors in some way. In society, we all share in each other's caste. Apart from our caste, we are also an expression of our surroundings, i.e. society.
Education is not just about teaching. Education is a process through which an individual and a nation gains awareness and this process is a means of refining the consciousness of the people who make up that nation. It is the education and training of the new generation that makes them aware of the ways of life and instills in them a sense of purpose and duties of life. It is through education that a nation carries its cultural, intellectual and intellectual heritage to future generations. And it instills in them an attachment to these purposes of life. Education is permissible in every religion. Education is obligatory in Islam. In today's turbulent and fast-paced world, the need for education is of paramount importance no matter how much time progresses. Although today's age is the age of computer, the age of nuclear development, the age of science and industrial development, but the acquisition of basic modern education, technical education, engineering, advocacy, medicine and various modern sciences in schools is an essential requirement of today's age. Knowledge is necessary.

The secret of development of any nation is hidden in education, education system and teacher's passion and obsession and in my opinion teacher is the most important pillar of this system. We need to consider how important the role of the teacher is to society. In this regard, it is important to keep in mind that the teacher is merely a treasure trove of information, nor is there any means of transmitting information, nor is education the name of an incident in which a person stands in front and speaks. The other should listen quietly or take notes and even if he gets 90% marks while taking notes, he should face failure in his practical life or become a burden on the society due to depression. 
In fact, it is a slavish system of education in which both the subject and the object, the teacher and the student, are bound in chains of slavery. Undoubtedly, the teacher has such a strong role in society that it can change generations if it wants to. One of the most famous incidents of World War II is that Hitler was told that our most precious people were being lost in the war, so he uttered the historic phrase,
 "If possible, hide the teachers of my nation somewhere." If teachers are safe, valuable people will be ready again. ”
A real teacher is not just a teacher but a diamond cutter, a psychologist and a spiritual parent who understands a child's psychology and temperament. Sets the destination. At present there is a lot of debate about the fact that parents impose their will without understanding the natural tendency of the child in educational matters due to which the children fail to achieve their educational goals. As a result, they face failure in their economic and social life.
In other words, the nation needs to focus more on the role of teachers rather than changes in the education system to move it forward. If the teacher succeeds in convincing the students that the result of a lie is nothing but destruction and the success of the truth. 
In the language of the Qur'an, sarcasm, backbiting, jealousy, hatred and other vices will be a prelude to destruction and success is hidden in the opposite action.
 So it would be a great achievement for him, or so to speak, to convince the student, according to Abraham Lincoln's letter (which he wrote to his son's teachers), that failure is better than success achieved through deception. Yes, he added, in the role of my son, highlight the greatness and strength that he was safe from the crowds when people are eager to ride in the chariot of the rising god. Encourage them to listen to everything, but by sifting through all the things in the sieve of truth, develop the ability to apply only the truth to the chest. The role of education is also very important in highlighting the relationship between consciousness and society and determining the direction of society itself. Education means that an individual can benefit from his personal observations and experiences as well as the experiences of the people before him. Learning from the experience of others has always been a formal and expensive process. The social environment in the education of children is the pioneer of this society
